  If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the Google Form, please download the [Offline Registration Form] and submit it directly to the Secretariat via email (icmpe11.yes2026@gmail.com)

• Step 2 : Once your submitted registration form is reviewed and verified, a secure, personalized 'Credit Card Payment Link (URL)' corresponding to your registration category will be sent to your registered email address.

• Step 3 : Your registration will be officially finalized immediately after your payment is successfully processed via the link provided in the email.
